Orders and activation
An order can remain pending while account, stock, domain, payment, or service details are reviewed. A paid invoice does not always mean a manually reviewed service has already been provisioned.
Renewals
Hosting, domains, addons, and third-party services can have different renewal dates and terms. Domain renewal is especially time-sensitive because expiration and redemption policies are controlled by registries and registrars.
Review upcoming invoices and renewal notices in advance. If a service is no longer required, submit cancellation through the client area before the next billing date. Do not rely on deleting a website or removing a payment method as a cancellation request.
