Community hosting / availability review

Game server hosting.

Start with the game, the players, and how you want to run it. We will review the requirements before confirming whether HostAvvy can support your community.

Not available to order. No payment or reservation is taken.

A useful starting brief

Players and mods matter more than a plan name.

Memory alone does not tell us whether a server will suit a game. The game version, simulation workload, active players, plugins, storage, and location all affect the design.

Planning illustration, not a live infrastructure or availability display.

Game and player expectations

Tell us the game and edition, expected simultaneous players, public or private access, and where most players are located. Do not send account passwords or license keys.

Mods, worlds, and existing data

List the modpack or plugins, versions, current world size, storage needs, and any migration requirements. Compatibility and publisher rules need review before a commitment.

Who runs the community?

Identify who handles moderation, game settings, updates, and restarts. Access permissions, recovery needs, support responsibilities, and acceptable use must be agreed in writing.

Budget and timing

Share a monthly budget and preferred start date. A request is not a confirmed quote, reserved machine, guaranteed player count, latency promise, or delivery date.

Separate systems, clear responsibilities

A game server is not a shared hosting account.

cPanel manages website hosting. Game hosting needs a separately accepted runtime, resource limits, control panel, network policy, monitoring, and recovery process. Our existing website packages do not include game server processes.

Before a launch

What must be confirmed first?

We will not advertise a game, price, region, protection level, or player capacity until its delivery path is verified.

  1. Supported game software, publisher permissions, and package compatibility.
  2. Dedicated capacity, measured load behavior, and clear resource limits.
  3. Control-panel access, recovery tests, and support responsibilities.
  4. Final pricing, billing, cancellation terms, and a controlled provisioning test.

Tell us what you are building

Start with a requirements review, not a checkout button.

Include the game, player count, region, and mods in the project summary. We will confirm whether we can help; no launch date is promised.
