Review requirementsRequest only / configuration reviewed first
Jurisdiction-specific hosting review
Lawful projects with a specific country, data-location or provider requirement.
- What we confirm
- The actual hosting country, contracting provider, data-processing terms, support access and complaint procedure.
- Who does what
- You remain responsible for your content and rights to publish it. The provider and customer obligations must be agreed before purchase.
- What may cost extra
- Migration, management, backups, licenses and specialist policy review unless included.
- Before we begin
- Describe the lawful workload, required jurisdiction, data involved, management needs and budget. Do not send secrets or identity documents in the inquiry.
Understand the terminology
A label is not a hosting policy.
These terms describe different ideas. The selected provider's written conditions and the actual configuration matter more than a sales label.
What does offshore hosting mean?
Hosting in a different country from the customer or business. We confirm the physical hosting location and contracting provider before quoting. A different location is not a promise of anonymity or immunity.
Does HostAvvy offer "DMCA ignored" hosting?
No promise to disregard complaints is offered. Copyright-complaint handling must be confirmed for the provider and jurisdiction. Customers must have the rights to publish their content; a location choice does not establish those rights.
Is this "bulletproof" hosting?
No. HostAvvy does not offer immunity from lawful complaints, suspension, attacks or applicable obligations. Availability, acceptable use and escalation procedures are reviewed before an agreement.
Is fast-flux hosting included?
No. HostAvvy does not offer fast-flux services. Ordinary health checks, load balancing and DNS failover are different capabilities and are evaluated separately through our resilience review.
Review legitimate resilience optionsFrom requirements to a written configuration
Know what happens before you pay.
- Tell us the job.Workload, region, management, capacity and budget.
- Review the conditions.Provider availability, limits, costs and responsibilities.
- Agree before payment.A written configuration and accepted terms, with no assumed start date.
Is submitting a request an order?
No. A request neither reserves resources nor takes payment. We may find that no suitable configuration is available. Do not move production traffic until an accepted delivery plan is in place.
Are protection and uptime guaranteed?
Not by these pages. Any offered coverage, exclusions, response arrangements and service commitments must be stated in the accepted agreement. Backups and recovery testing are separate from attack mitigation and failover.
Can I combine location and resilience requirements?
Yes, you can describe both in a request. We must verify a compatible provider and configuration rather than assume every combination is available.
