Hosting / requirements first
Plan for disruption before it becomes downtime.
Review mitigation, monitoring, failover and recovery as separate requirements. Coverage and delivery are confirmed in writing, not assumed from a protection label.
Availability review only. No payment, reserved capacity or deployment date.
Review requirementsRequest only / configuration reviewed first
DDoS mitigation availability review
Public websites, applications or game services evaluating traffic-attack mitigation.
- What we confirm
- Covered IPs, protocols and ports, mitigation limits, exclusions, null-routing policy and escalation process.
- Who does what
- Network mitigation is not application security. Assign firewall, application, monitoring and incident-response duties.
- What may cost extra
- Proxy/CDN subscriptions, enhanced coverage, traffic overages and incident work unless included.
- Before we begin
- Share the service type, traffic baseline, protocols, region and non-sensitive incident summary. No attack traffic or offensive testing is requested.
Request only / configuration reviewed first
High availability planning review
Services that need a reviewed response when an instance or location fails.
- What we confirm
- Independent capacity, health checks, state replication, failover tests and agreed recovery objectives.
- Who does what
- Assign deployment, monitoring, database consistency, failback and recovery testing. Failover does not replace backups.
- What may cost extra
- Secondary compute, databases, load balancing, monitoring and backup storage unless listed.
- Before we begin
- Describe the current architecture, dependencies, data consistency needs and tolerable downtime/data loss.
From requirements to a written configuration
Know what happens before you pay.
- Tell us the job.Workload, region, management, capacity and budget.
- Review the conditions.Provider availability, limits, costs and responsibilities.
- Agree before payment.A written configuration and accepted terms, with no assumed start date.
Is submitting a request an order?
No. A request neither reserves resources nor takes payment. We may find that no suitable configuration is available. Do not move production traffic until an accepted delivery plan is in place.
Are protection and uptime guaranteed?
Not by these pages. Any offered coverage, exclusions, response arrangements and service commitments must be stated in the accepted agreement. Backups and recovery testing are separate from attack mitigation and failover.
Can I combine location and resilience requirements?
Yes, you can describe both in a request. We must verify a compatible provider and configuration rather than assume every combination is available.
