Hosting Refunds
A service is refundable only when the order, invoice, product description, or signed agreement expressly provides a refund window. The free Starter hosting price does not create a refundable hosting payment. Any separate domain, addon, tax, or third-party charge is evaluated under its own terms.
Excluded Items
Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, SSL certificates, licenses, setup fees, migration labor, professional services, custom work, abuse-related terminations, overdue renewals, and third-party pass-through costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Renewals
Renewals are generally not refundable once processed unless the applicable order terms or law require otherwise. If you no longer need a service, submit cancellation from the client area before the next renewal date.
Promotions
Promotional credits, coupons, free months, bundled services, or discounted terms may have special refund handling. If a refund is approved, any free or bundled service may be removed or billed at the standard rate.
Request Process
Open a billing ticket with the affected service, invoice number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical, or applied as account credit where required by the gateway, account status, or payment method.
Abuse and Chargebacks
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or chargeback activity may be ineligible for refunds. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.
